About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Work from Home Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. As a Customer Service Coordinator, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to our customers and helping them navigate our financial services and banking products. You'll be working from the comfort of your own home, with a secure and reliable internet connection, and a private office space that's free from distractions and background noise.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate a strong customer focus, rooted in empathy, and a willingness to listen and help our customers
- Communicate effectively with peers, management, and customers, using exceptional listening, questioning, call control, and de-escalation techniques
- Exercise good judgment and independent decision-making skills, with a positive attitude and a ability to be flexible and embrace change
- Be proactive, with effective time management and organizational skills, and a solid attendance record
- Maintain a secure and reliable home office environment, with a private internet connection that meets our technical requirements
- Stay up-to-date with our products and services, and be able to provide accurate and helpful information to our customers
- Collaborate with other teams, such as sales and operations, to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities, to continuously improve your skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 2 years of customer service experience, or 2 years of call center experience
- A strong customer focus, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and to manage your time effectively
- A reliable and secure home office environment, with a private internet connection that meets our technical requirements
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:
- At least 1 year of financial services experience, or banking experience
- Previous experience working in a call center or customer service environment
- Knowledge of financial services and banking products, and the ability to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, and other technology systems
