Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer support through phone, email, or chat, ensuring prompt and professional resolution of customer inquiries and concerns
- Build sales experience by upselling additional services to customers, identifying opportunities to enhance their outdoor living space
- Resolve conflict in a professional and decisive manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Utilize foundational sales skills to meet customer needs, promoting arenaflex products and services
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, using computer skills to update databases and track customer information
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals, share best practices, and drive business growth
- Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and promotions, applying knowledge to provide excellent customer support
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or up to one-year related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Associate degree from a two-year college or technical school preferred
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to resolve conflict in a professional and decisive manner
- Foundational sales skills, with the ability to upsell products and services to meet customer needs
- Written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with social media applications (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Ability to learn and apply general knowledge of the company, products, and services
- Keen attention to detail, with mathematical skills to calculate (add, subtract, multiply, and divide) in all units of measure
- Good organizational and time management skills, including punctuality for on-time attendance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
- Knowledge of the lawn care industry, with experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in additional languages, with the ability to speak, read, and write fluently
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, with the ability to update records and track customer interactions
