- Request and distribute internal information to aid the Claims Adjudication Department.
- Answer phone and email inquiries, providing information and explanations on various levels of contract coverage and claims processes.
- Manage workflow, process, and complete all requests and documents according to established procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, working in a friendly and supportive team environment.
- Interact and communicate with management and coworkers in a visible manner, utilizing camera technology for training, team meetings, and meetings with management.
- Perform other job duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
