Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Remote Online Chat Specialist to join our team. As a Remote Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients through live chat interactions. Your primary goal will be to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and promote our products and services in a professional and courteous manner. Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Evaluate customer interactions and escalate issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary to ensure prompt resolution
  • Build relationships with new customers to better understand their needs and provide personalized support
  • Respond to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Promote interest in arenaflex products and services to upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Consistently achieve established standards of the position, including quality and productivity metrics
  • Continually portray and project a positive and professional image, adhering to arenaflex's brand and values
  • Provide administrative support to the customer service team, including assisting with overflow work and other duties as needed

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or online environment
  • Strong telephone etiquette and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and technology
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at once, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt to different personalities, communication styles, and customer needs
