As a Web Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for addressing a diverse range of customer inquiries through online chat, delivering precise information regarding products and services, and assisting in scheduling appointments. You'll also be tasked with cultivating and keeping updated a comprehensive knowledge base of our expanding products and services, gathering customer contact information to support lead generation and client evaluation, and providing summarized interactions based on customer requirements for client assessment. **Key Responsibilities** • **Address a diverse range of customer inquiries through online chat**: Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and helpful information to resolve their queries. • **Deliver precise information regarding products and services via chat communications**: Provide detailed information about our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing, to help customers make informed decisions. • **Assist in scheduling appointments by honing in on necessary details**: Work with customers to schedule appointments, gathering necessary information such as contact details, vehicle information, and preferred dates and times. • **Cultivate and keep updated a comprehensive knowledge base of our expanding products and services**: Stay up-to-date on our products and services, including new features, updates, and promotions, to provide accurate and helpful information to customers. • **Gather customer contact information to support lead generation and client evaluation**: Collect customer contact information to support lead generation and client evaluation, helping to identify potential customers and track their interactions with our dealer clients. • **Provide summarized interactions based on customer requirements for client assessment**: Summarize customer interactions, including their needs, preferences, and concerns, to help our dealer clients assess their performance and make data-driven decisions. **Required Skills** • **Excellent customer service capabilities and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting**: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, and adapting to changing circumstances and priorities. • **Strong decision-making and analytical skills are essential**: Make informed decisions, analyzing customer data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. • **Competence in typing, with a minimum speed of 35 WPM (40 WPM preferred)**: Type accurately and efficiently, with a minimum speed of 35 WPM, to respond to customer inquiries and complete tasks in a timely manner. • **Basic proficiency in internet navigation and window-based computer applications**: Use internet navigation and window-based computer applications to access customer information, respond to inquiries, and complete tasks. • **Exceptional written and verbal communication skills**: Communicate effectively with customers, both in writing and verbally, to provide accurate and helpful information and resolve their queries. • **Adaptability to dynamic environments, showcasing a positive and professional demeanor**: Adapt to changing circumstances and priorities, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions with customers and colleagues. **Qualifications** • **Prior experience in retail customer service or the automotive sector is preferred, though not mandatory**: Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive sector is preferred, but not mandatory.
