About the Role

As an Overnight Call Center Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of calls, gathering accurate information, and connecting clients with interpreters over the phone. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients by gathering accurate information and connecting them with an interpreter over the phone in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements and Qualifications
