**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service and Data Entry Assistant at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
* **Data Entry**: Accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate.
* **Updating and Maintaining Records**: Maintaining accurate and organized records, both physical and digital, to ensure seamless access to information.
* **Operating Office Equipment**: Proficiently operating a wide range of office equipment, including photocopiers, computers, and printers, to ensure efficient workflow.
* **Communicating with Clients**: Providing exceptional customer service through clear and effective communication, responding to client inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
* **Scheduling Appointments**: Coordinating and scheduling appointments with clients, ensuring that all necessary information is gathered and communicated.
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
* **Great Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and management.
* **Experience with Computers and Software**: Proficiency in using computers and software, including Microsoft Office, to perform tasks efficiently and accurately.
* **Experience with Office Equipment**: Familiarity with basic standard office equipment, such as photocopiers, computers, and printers.
* **QuickBooks Knowledge**: Experience with QuickBooks is preferred, but not required.
* **Typing Speed**: A typing speed of at least 50 words per minute is required.
* **High School Diploma**: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
* **Teamwork**: The ability to work well with cross-functional teams, including executive leadership and management.
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
* **Experience with Customer Service Software**: Familiarity with customer service software, such as CRM systems.
* **Data Entry Experience**: Previous experience with data entry, including accuracy and efficiency.

**Job Type and Schedule**
