**Responsibilities**
As a Pharmacy Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in managing the prescription needs of injured workers, ensuring efficient and accurate service. Your responsibilities will include:
* Preparing, inputting, and supporting claimant profiles in our pharmacy network
* Assisting pharmacies in the adjudication of claimant medications
* Coordinating and liaising with client adjusters, pharmacies, and claimants to ensure accurate assignment of medication benefits
* Supporting client needs regarding requirements for claimant medications with reporting and data
* Managing and updating client and claimant information in multiple systems
* Answering questions from claimants, adjusters, and pharmacies regarding medications
* Adjusting to changing processes and needs of various clients
* Performing other duties as assigned
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
* 3 years of related customer service or telephonic experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
* Proficiency in the use of computers and multiple software systems
* Experience in Microsoft Office
* Strong communication skills, including active listening and the ability to ask relevant questions
* Excellent written grammatical skills and understanding of proper telephone etiquette
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to adapt to changing processes and priorities
**Nice-to-Haves**
While not required, the following qualifications and skills would be an asset in this role:
* Experience in workers' compensation law
* Editing skills
* Knowledge of pharmacy operations and regulations
* Experience working with electronic medical records (EMRs)
