**Key Responsibilities**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Handling 50+ calls per day via inbound calls or on an auto-dialer, providing accurate and satisfactory answers to customer queries and concerns
* De-escalating situations, offering patient assistance and support, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Assisting patients by scheduling payment arrangements and providing guidance on account-related matters
* Multi-tasking with the use of relative websites and our in-house system, ensuring seamless communication and efficient issue resolution
* Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborating with the team to achieve customer satisfaction goals and objectives
* Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
**Training Schedule**
Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in this role. The training schedule is as follows:
* 1 week of intensive training, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with 100% attendance mandatory
* Ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
**Work Schedule**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will work a flexible schedule that may include weekends or late hours. The work schedule is as follows:
* 3 days: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
* 2 days: 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm
**Job Type and Salary**
This is a full-time position, with a salary range of $15.00 to $18.00 per hour. We offer a competitive compensation package, including:
