As a Seasonal Part-Time Customer Service and Inbound Phone Sales Representative, you'll play a vital role in helping us achieve our goals. This is a fantastic opportunity to work from home, setting your own schedule between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. You'll have the flexibility to choose your own hours, working 10-25 hours per week, and earning a competitive hourly rate of $18.

**Job Summary**
As a Seasonal Part-Time Customer Service and Inbound Phone Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for handling inbound lawn care sales and customer service-related inquiries via phone. You'll also have the opportunity to make outbound follow-up calls as needed. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your sales and customer service skills, working with a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering exceptional service.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Handle inbound lawn care sales and customer service-related inquiries via phone
* Make outbound follow-up calls as needed to ensure customer satisfaction
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Meet or exceed sales targets, working to increase revenue and grow our customer base
* Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, including lawn care, pest control, and tree care services
* Collaborate with other team members to achieve our goals and exceed customer expectations
**Essential Qualifications**
* Prior sales and/or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
* Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
* Pleasant telephone demeanor and excellent communication skills
* Ability to type 45 WPM for notating customer interactions
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

* Experience in the lawn care or pest control industry
* Proven sales and customer service skills
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
