As a key member of our collections team, you'll be responsible for responding to borrowers via different digital communication channels, collecting past due payments, and providing appropriate payment solutions to cure borrower's delinquency. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for helping others, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. **Key Responsibilities** * Communicate with delinquent borrowers via different digital communication channels, including live chat and email * Find solutions to help bring borrower's loans to a current status * Process payments for borrowers with past due payments * Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly collection and metric goals * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues * Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty **Essential Qualifications** * 1-2 years of direct experience in credit and collections, with a strong understanding of sales, negotiation, and persuasion tools * Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner * Prior experience with financial products, preferably in the home improvement industry * Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook * Self-motivated and extremely goal-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance metrics * Team player with a professional demeanor and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service * Bilingual in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in both languages **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience using live chat to assist customers, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices * Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, with a passion for helping customers achieve their sustainable home financing goals * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer issues and develop effective solutions * Experience working in a remote environment, with a strong understanding of virtual communication tools and technologies **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly rate of $18.00 per hour * Opportunities for advancement and career growth within arenaflex * Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k), dental insurance, health insurance, life insurance, paid sick time, paid time off, paid training, and vision insurance * Flexible work schedule, with the option to work from home * Collaborative and dynamic work environment, with a team of passionate and dedicated professionals * Professional development opportunities, including training and mentorship programs * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance and contributions to arenaflex **Application Instructions** If you're a motivated and results-driven professional with a passion for helping others, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
