AI CONTENT STRATEGIST

Our client seeking a forward-thinking AI Strategist with a specialized focus on Conversation Design to join our innovation-driven team. In this role, you won't just be managing bots; you'll be architecting the future of how humans interact with technology across IVR (Interactive Voice Response) and digital chat platforms.
This is a high-impact position for someone who is genuinely passionate about AI and thrives in an environment of constant evolution. You will serve as the bridge between cutting-edge technology and intuitive user experiences, ensuring our conversational interfaces are as natural as they are efficient.
Responsibilities:
• Creates in-depth, compelling communications and positioning on a range of subjects, including funds, products, and services; financial markets; the economy; regulatory matters; portfolio construction and theory; and internal communication topics. Exercises decision‑making authority, interacts with user experience test subjects, and shapes conversation flows that support intuitive, trustworthy dialog‑based interactions.
• Displays versatility across content and interaction modalities by demonstrating a deep understanding of user experience and conversation design principles. Produces clear, human‑centered communications and experiences across responsive web pages, campaigns, ads, emails, presentations, blogs, videos, letters, articles, and social media channels. Partners with UX and conversational AI teams to design natural language flows, test dialog patterns, measure effectiveness, solve problems, and create communication content that meets user experience and conversation‑quality goals.
• Expertly presents and 'sells' content, design, and dialog solutions to senior management, project teams, partners, and stakeholders. Ensures the strategic success of communication and conversational experiences. Participates in discussions on user-centered design principles, visual design, conversational UI patterns, interaction models, user behavior, and brand voice-extending that voice consistently into conversational channels.
• Plans communication and conversational content using universal design principles and tags content to interface appropriately with a variety of technologies, including voice assistants, chatbots, and AI-driven interaction platforms. Ensures conversation flows uphold accessibility, clarity, emotional intelligence, and compliance standards.
• Provides creative direction and guidance on messaging, conversation flow strategy, and broader content strategy across mediums. Works closely and collaboratively with designers, developers, conversation engineers, data scientists, marketing managers, and business leaders. Leads the creation of new approaches, frameworks, or processes for both traditional and conversational content with a 1-3 year outlook.
• Serves as a mentor to less experienced writers, including those new to conversational UX. Provides feedback on copy, story ideas, conversation scripts, branching logic, multimodal cues, and interviewing skills used for user research and testing.
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned, including supporting the development of AI‑powered experiences, chatbot governance, and content quality frameworks for natural language interactions.
Qualifications:
• Five years related work experience, including demonstrated experience writing for digital products, user experiences, or interactive content.
• Two years in user experience, conversation design, digital marketing, or similar fields preferred.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Graduate degree preferred.
• Working knowledge of: conversation design frameworks, natural language understanding concepts, voice and chatbot interaction patterns, dialog testing methods, and analytics for optimizing AI-driven interactions
