Description
About the Client
Our client is a mission-driven, membership-based emotional wellness company providing nonclinical support via text with real human partners. Operating in a nimble startup environment, they are scaling programs that help members feel seen, supported, and empowered.
Why does this role exist?
This role exists to accelerate membership growth while improving retention across the first 60 days and beyond six months. The specialist will design and execute lifecycle campaigns (with a focus on SMS and email), analyze performance and member feedback, and translate insights into practical strategies that increase sign-ups and keep members engaged. As the company scales, this role will also build processes from the ground up and enable partner providers to grow their practices in ways that strengthen member retention.
