Project management and Personal assistant
I am seeking a dependable and well-organized part-time, hourly Administrative/Personal Assistant to provide direct support to me as a professor. The schedule is flexible and well suited for candidates seeking part-time work in an academic environment.
Primary Responsibilities
Project Management
•Track project progress on click-up on a weekly basis
• Create a simple dashboard to track progress of all tasks in click-up
• Create follow-up tracker, to-do list and draft follow-up emails if needed
• Categorize tasks (e.g., urgent / this week / later / pending with others)
• Reminders for key deadlines

Scheduling & Calendar Management
• Manage and coordinate my calendar
• Sync my personal/professional commitments into one coherent schedule
• Track weekly workload by types
Document Preparation & Editing
• Format PowerPoint presentations for conference talks
• Update my curriculum vitae (CV), biosketches, and publication lists
• Assist with formatting documents for reports, grant submissions, and academic materials
Financial & Administrative Tasks
• Prepare and submit reimbursement requests
