Responsibilities • This role is responsible for the research of records through company systems in TRAX, FlyDocs, and other applicable sites used for Spirit documentation support. This role is responsible for supporting the policies, procedures, and programs required to manage our leased aircraft/engine programs and delivery of new aircraft/engines. • Analyzes, audits, and provides documents to support projects. • Prepares, creates, and analyzes reports and statements associated with projects. • Assists with collecting documentation for aircraft/engine transitions. • Reports Off Wing Data for all the engines. • Provides monthly and quarterly utilization reports. • Corrects issues on status reports in TRAX. • Coordinates and handles items/issues, and corresponds with lessors, shops, and other departments over these items/issues. • Coordinates and monitors record audits. • Coordinates record returns to lessor or owner. • Coordinates record projects on sales, lease returns, and inductions. • Provides and routes aircraft records and reports to lessors, including annual inspection reporting. • Evaluates lessor operational needs and objectives, and new techniques and technologies to further improve quality and efficiency. • Supports Fleet Asset Management and Powerplant work groups. • May perform other responsibilities as assigned. Responsibilities and duties may change when circumstances dictate. (e.g. emergencies change in workload, rush jobs or technical developments.) Requirements • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) • 1-3 years' experience of aviation or airline experience preferred • 2+ years in commercial or cargo airline industry records and status reporting required • Domestic & International travel under 10% • Exert up to 25 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 lbs. of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. Physical demands are in excess of those of Sedentary work. Light work usually requires walking or standing to a significant degree. • Hybrid schedule • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Power Apps, Microsoft Lists, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. • Thorough Knowledge of 14 CFR part 25, 43 and 121 regulations and other regulatory requirements within an airline environment. • Knowledge of logistics concepts; inventory management experience. • Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills. • Ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritize multiple competing priorities and projects, and meet deadlines. • Self-starter with high standards of performance and emotional intelligence. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with internal and external stakeholders. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Nice-to-haves • Experience with A320 FAMILY CEO & NEO aircraft and systems preferred. • Experience with aircraft maintenance records auditing is preferred. • Experience in reading and interpreting Service bulletins and other supplier documentation. • Technical proficiency in areas of responsibility and related procedures, requirements, regulations, policies, and standards.
