About the Role We’re seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Associate Customer Success Manager to support our Customer Success team in delivering exceptional client experiences. In this role, you’ll partner with senior Customer Success Managers to help drive product adoption, support client initiatives, and ensure customers receive value from the UrbanBound platform. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to grow a career in Customer Success, SaaS, or client-facing roles while learning how to manage relationships, analyze customer data, and contribute to retention and expansion efforts.
