Higher Education Customer Success Manager
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager for Higher Education in a remote role on the West Coast of the USA.
Key Responsibilities
• Own customer retention and growth by securing renewals and identifying expansion opportunities
• Drive adoption and outcomes by developing success plans and leading data-driven business reviews
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across all levels of educational institutions
Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role within SaaS or EdTech
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding renewal and upsell targets
• Strong ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships within higher education institutions
• Deep understanding of the education technology landscape and its unique challenges
• Proficiency with CRM and Customer Success tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight, Totango, etc.)
