Account Manager-Customer Success Specialist- SaaS

What We're Looking For:
We’re looking for a proactive and Customer Success Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate is joyful, enthusiastic, professional and dedicated to the clients' success. This role focuses on delivering exceptional service to our clients, guiding them in optimizing their online presence and addressing any technical concerns to guide them to results. Although prior knowledge of Google Business Profile optimization and local onsite SEO is a plus, we welcome candidates who are eager to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide responsive, high-quality support to Jumper Local clients, resolving inquiries through email, chat, and phone.
• Provide Value upgrade and upsell additional services to compliment clients experience.
• Assist clients in understanding, navigating and utilizing Jumper Local’s SaaS platform effectively.
• Troubleshoot and resolve account and product-related issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
• Educate clients on best practices for managing their Google Business Profiles, including recommendations for local SEO optimization.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and resolutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address escalated issues and improve the customer experience.
• Managing 100+ clients from On-boarding to Churn with in CRM and scheduled Video calls to develop and maintain client relationships.
Qualifications:
• Experience in customer support, ideally in a SaaS, digital marketing or SEO-focused company.
• Familiarity with Google Business Profiles and basic local SEO concepts is beneficial but not required.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly and concisely.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
