Penetration Testing Operations Lead

Lead and oversee all aspects of penetration testing operations for the organization. Conduct thorough and comprehensive penetration tests to identify potential security risks. Develop and implement effective strategies and techniques for mitigating security risks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the security of the organization's assets. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in cybersecurity. Communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders and senior management. Manage and mentor a team of penetration testing professionals. Monitor and track progress of penetration testing projects and ensure timely completion. Continuously assess and improve the organization's security posture. Conduct training and awareness sessions to educate employees on cybersecurity best practices. Maintain accurate and detailed records of penetration testing activities and results. Liaise with external security vendors and partners as needed. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with security objectives. Proactively identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend remediation actions. Participate in incident response and management as needed. Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and compliance requirements. Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information. Stay organized and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Act as a point of contact for any penetration testing related queries or concerns. Continuously evaluate and improve the organization's penetration testing processes and procedures.
