The Opportunity:

What You ll Be Doing
• Work directly with clients to understand their business needs, identify and define technical requirements, and become an expert with respect to their data.
• Analyze data to gather insights, trends, transformation needs, and quality metrics.
• Apply complex database methodology, data analysis, and reporting technologies.
• Use data analysis tools such as PLSQL, Python, and Spark for development/programming.
• Use cloud technology to create and maintain comprehensive documentation of data engineering processes, pipelines, and workflows.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and analysts, to understand their data needs and support data-related initiatives.
• Build custom solutions for clients’ specific needs and guide them through large-scale technology transformations.
• Deliver technology solutions to clients across industries, such as Manufacturing & Distribution, Education & Government, Consumer & Industrial Products, and Life Sciences & Healthcare. EOE
What You ll Bring to the Team
• Must have Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field plus three (3) years of experience in the position offered, or as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or a related position. Alternatively, employer will accept a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field plus one (1) year of experience in the position offered, or as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or a related position.
• Must have three (3) years (or one [1] year with a Master’s) of experience with all of the following:
• Analyzing and managing structured data sets across diverse domains, with hands-on responsibility for both data transformation and reporting;
• Writing complex queries and scripts using Python, R, or SQL, and validating data pipelines developed by engineering teams;
• Creating interactive dashboards and advanced visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker, tailored for business and technical audiences;
• Designing and maintaining cloud-based ETL workflows using Snowflake or Airflow;
• Writing comprehensive documentation for client-facing data systems, including business logic mapping, schema design, and validation criteria;
• Leading cross-functional collaboration across data engineers, product teams, and compliance stakeholders to deliver scalable, production-ready data solutions.
SALARY: $150,000 - $150,000 per year
HOURS: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday
