[Remote] Local SEO Manager – GBP Specialist

They are seeking an experienced Local SEO Manager – GBP Specialist to lead and execute a strategy that ensures WindshieldHUB maintains dominant visibility across local search results in every market they serve. Responsibilities • Manage and execute a comprehensive Local SEO strategy for our Google Business Profiles nationwide • Elevate WindshieldHUB’s local visibility and brand authority in every community we serve • Drive organic lead generation and inbound calls through GBP optimization • Reduce marketing spend while supporting sustainable, profitable growth • Consistently outperform local competitors through strategic search visibility initiatives • Optimize and manage Google Business Profiles (GBPs) across multiple service regions • Implement and maintain UTM tracking and call tracking for accurate lead attribution • Conduct Local SEO audits and competitive analysis to identify improvement opportunities • Manage local citations, backlink strategies, and reputation initiatives • Monitor and improve Local Pack rankings across target markets • Collaborate with internal teams for technical SEO fixes and localized content strategies • Provide clear, actionable reporting on performance, growth, and strategic initiatives Skills • 5+ years of Local SEO experience with a proven track record of ranking businesses in the Google 3-Pack • Expertise in Google Business Profile management and optimization at scale • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to Local SEO performance • Hands-on experience with BrightLocal, SEMrush, Google Search Console, GA4, Looker Studio • In-depth knowledge of local search algorithms, citation management, and competitive Local SEO strategies • Experience with UTM tracking and call attribution for performance reporting • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills • Ownership mentality with a focus on results and measurable KPIs Benefits • Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses tied to Local SEO KPIs. • Fully remote role with ownership and flexibility.
