Employer Industry: Renewable Energy Why consider this job opportunity: - Salary range of $92,000-$125,000 annually, with target compensation of $106,250 based on experience - Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a generous retirement plan and Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) - Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization - Work in a supportive and energetic culture that emphasizes the importance of climate solutions - Flexibility of remote work with a predominantly remote workforce - Chance to make a significant impact on the clean energy transition and consumer protection in solar programs What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Investigate alleged violations of Illinois Shines program requirements and make recommendations for mediation or disciplinary action - Draft and edit correspondence related to program violations in compliance with standard operating procedures - Collaborate with the Consumer Protection team to ensure adherence to internal processes and identify process improvements - Analyze trends in consumer complaints and recommend proactive measures to enhance program compliance - Organize and lead meetings with clients and program participants, tracking deliverables and performance metrics What is Required (Qualifications): - Bachelor’s degree - Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience in compliance, consumer protection, legal/paralegal, regulatory, auditing, and/or quality control - Strong written communication skills, including the ability to edit and review team members' work - Exceptional attention to detail and professional client interaction skills - Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, including risk management How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Knowledge of solar policies, terminology, and programs - Experience with Salesforce #RenewableEnergy #SolarPrograms #Compliance #RemoteWork #CareerOpportunity We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
