As a senior-level technical expert, you will lead the development, configuration, and integration of Planview SPM modules. You will bridge the gap between high-level strategic planning and technical execution, ensuring seamless data flow across enterprise ecosystems to optimize Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and portfolio outcomes. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and configure Planview SPM modules, including Portfolios, Roadmaps, Outcomes, and OKRs. • Design and implement complex REST API integrations with enterprise systems such as Jira, ServiceNow, SAP, and Workday. • Automate workflows, notifications, and data synchronization processes using JavaScript or Python. • Build custom reports, dashboards, and advanced data visualizations using native Planview reporting tools. • Manage data migration, cleansing, and transformation activities during system deployments. • Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and maintain rigorous documentation. Essential Skills: • 3+ years of direct experience with Planview SPM or Planview Portfolios. • Expertise in Integration Frameworks, JSON, and RESTful API design. • Proficiency in scripting languages (JavaScript, Python) for automation and data handling. • Deep understanding of Strategic Planning, Resource Capacity, and Demand Management methodologies. • Strong technical troubleshooting and performance tuning for Planview configurations. Desirable Skills: • Planview Certified Developer or Planview Certified Architect credentials. • Experience with large-scale data migration in an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) environment. • Advanced knowledge of Agile and Lean portfolio management principles.
