Paid Media (PPC) Specialist Needed

Minding Your Media is seeking an experienced Paid Media (PPC) Specialist to join our team in a long-term, growth-focused role. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in performance marketing, understands lead-generation economics, and can manage and scale campaigns across multiple industries.
This is not a short-term contract. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the agency and take ownership of accounts over time.

Campaigns are primarily lead-generation focused, with an emphasis on high-intent traffic and measurable ROI.
Core Responsibilities
Build, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across:
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
LinkedIn Ads
TikTok Ads (as applicable)
Conduct keyword research, audience research, and competitive analysis
Write and test ad copy aligned with conversion-focused funnels
Manage budgets, bids, and pacing to hit CPL and ROAS targets
Set up and maintain conversion tracking (GA4, Google Tag Manager, pixels)
Optimize landing page alignment in collaboration with strategy and CRO teams
Implement retargeting and full-funnel paid media strategies
Monitor performance daily and produce clear, actionable reports
Identify scaling opportunities and flag underperforming spend quickly
Collaborate with SEO, creative, and automation teams to support full-funnel growth
Required Experience & Skills
3+ years of hands-on PPC management experience
Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search required; YouTube a plus)
Experience managing Meta Ads for lead generation
Proven ability to optimize for CPL, conversion rate, and lead quality
Solid understanding of tracking, attribution, and funnel metrics
Experience with CRM-integrated lead tracking (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, or similar)
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple accounts without sacrificing performance
Clear communication skills (written and verbal)
Preferred (But Not Required)
Experience in real estate, housing, healthcare, or logistics advertising
LinkedIn Ads experience for B2B lead generation
Familiarity with call tracking and offline conversion tracking
Understanding of local SEO + paid media overlap (LSAs, maps traffic)
Experience working in an agency environment
