Position Summary We are hiring a Colorado Title Searcher / Colorado Title Examiner for a full-time, fully remote role. This position requires hands-on experience searching Colorado county records and a strong understanding of state-specific recording practices, title plants, and public records. This is not a generic nationwide title role. Colorado-specific experience is required. Key Responsibilities • Perform full and limited title searches using Colorado county public records and title plants • Analyze chain of title, deeds, conveyances, and legal descriptions • Identify and report liens, judgments, easements, HOA encumbrances, and mineral rights • Research and resolve title defects, gaps, and inconsistencies • Ensure compliance with Colorado title standards, underwriting guidelines, and client requirements • Support escrow and closing workflows by delivering accurate, well-documented title reports • Maintain strong productivity, quality, and turnaround-time benchmarks Required Qualifications • 5+ years of hands-on Colorado title search experience (county-level expertise required) • Strong knowledge of: • Colorado deeds and recording practices • Chain of title analysis • Liens and title encumbrances • Experience working with title plants, county clerk & recorder systems, and online research tools • Familiarity with escrow processes and title clearance • Exceptional attention to detail and document review skills • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Comfort with modern title production systems and technology platforms Preferred Qualifications • Experience supporting purchase, refinance, REO, or builder transactions • Prior work with title agencies, underwriters, or national settlement providers • Exposure to multi-county Colorado searches Why This Role • 100% remote, stable full-time position • Work with a technology-forward organization modernizing title operations • Clearly defined workflows and quality expectations Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
