This role offers flexible work arrangements (remote or hybrid, based on candidate preference), sophisticated transactional work, and long-term career stability. The firm provides a collaborative environment, reasonable billable expectations, and the opportunity to work closely with seasoned practitioners on high-value construction matters throughout California. Position Overview The selected attorney will advise owners, developers, contractors, and design professionals on a wide range of construction transactions, supporting projects from pre-development through completion. This role is ideal for a senior attorney who enjoys contract drafting, deal strategy, and client advisory work rather than litigation.
