We are seeking a Remote Commercial Property Marketing Coordinator to help manage digital marketing campaigns and property listings for our commercial real estate portfolio (retail & shopping centers). This role involves updating online listings (LoopNet, CoStar), preparing marketing materials and presentations for brokers & tenants, and supporting our digital marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and update online listings for commercial spaces (LoopNet, CoStar, Crexi etc.)
• Set up and launch digital ad campaigns (social media, email marketing, Google Ads)
• Design and format marketing materials (presentations, PDF brochures)
• Assist in communication with potential tenants and brokers
• Maintain CRM database and campaign analytics
• Coordinate content and branding with management and investors.
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in digital marketing or commercial real estate marketing (min. 2 years)
• Proficient with Canva or Adobe Suite
• Excellent Excel and Google Sheets skills
• Attention to detail and strong written communication
• Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely.
Job Types: Full-time / Part-time
Expected Hours: 20–30 per week
Pay: $82,000 – $110,000 per year + performance bonus
