Virtual Receptionist / Phone Answering Service (German Native Speaker Required)
We are looking for a reliable virtual receptionist to handle incoming phone calls for our business. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, contractors (tradespeople/craftsmen), and general inquiries. Calls must be answered professionally and documented according to clearly defined guidelines. • * Responsibilities - Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally during agreed business hours - Handle inquiries from customers, tradespeople/contractors, and new leads - Follow established scripts and criteria to respond to different call types - Document all calls accurately and thoroughly in our system - Forward or escalate calls as needed based on predefined rules - Maintain a calm, professional demeanor at all times • * Requirements - Native German speaker (mandatory) – flawless spoken German with no accent -
