Talent Experience Engineer, Recruiting

Job Description: • Orchestrate the full-cycle recruiting process from applications to screens to offers • Build and source a talent community strategy that proactively attracts high-caliber talent to our hiring pipelines • Continuously improve recruiting infrastructure, including scoring rubrics, interview plans, and communication systems • Increase talent brand awareness through social media channels, team engagement, and community events Requirements: • 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or developer experience roles • Actively engage with and understand engineering culture and developer communities • Bring unique and creative sourcing strategies tailored to each role • Care deeply about candidate experience for every person who interacts with our brand • Are fluent in written and spoken English • Have experience at dev tooling or software infrastructure companies (preferred) • Are an active member of startup or engineering communities (preferred) • Understand what it takes to scale from 30 to 100+ headcount at pace while maintaining strong values and culture (preferred) Benefits: • Autonomy to "just ship it" • 100% remote team with flexible working schedules • Modern tech stack (Next.js, Raycast, Ashby, Juicebox, Notion, etc.) • Honest and low-ego team • Ownership of problems and solutions Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
