Inside Sales Upsell – Bilingual, Spanish
Job Description:
• Conduct consultative sales of the NOA product to clients in Chile.
• Work on optimizing filters and prospecting to acquire potential B2C leads.
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, scheduling, demonstration, follow-up, and closing.
• Contribute to achieving the team's KPIs and targets.
• Map customers' current product usage to identify opportunities to improve outcomes, driving customer loyalty and retention.
• Escalate technical issues to the support team to ensure the product functions properly for customers.
Requirements:
• Advanced Spanish (verbal and written communication).
• Experience in inside sales and/or B2C SaaS.
• Knowledge and practice of the SPIN selling methodology.
• Ability to deliver product demonstrations in a clear, instructional, and objective manner.
• Organized, disciplined, with strong pipeline management skills.
• Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
• Results-oriented and highly adaptable, with a focus on growth targets.
