Retention Marketing Enablement Lead

Job Description: • Analyze email and SMS performance at the account level across retention clients • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities related to flow performance, campaign performance, and deliverability • Translate data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for strategists • Support strategists in prioritizing testing opportunities and optimization roadmaps • Create standardized reporting views and benchmarks to improve consistency across accounts • Serve as the internal subject-matter expert for Klaviyo • Lead and review Klaviyo implementations including core and advanced flows • Define and enforce Klaviyo best practices across all client accounts • Create internal training materials and documentation for retention team members • Lead enablement sessions to upskill strategists and coordinators on Klaviyo functionality Requirements: • 3–6+ years in email, SMS, or lifecycle marketing • Extensive hands-on experience with Klaviyo (email + SMS) • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret account-level data • Experience supporting or partnering with strategists or account teams • Comfort writing SOPs, documentation, and training materials • Clear communicator who can translate technical concepts into practical guidance • Highly organized with a systems-oriented mindset Benefits: • Health insurance • Equal employment opportunity • Professional development opportunities • Transparency in compensation Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
