Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to commercial insurance clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly

• Support the audit process by gathering and reviewing necessary documents and ensuring accurate reporting
• Assist with the preparation and submission of renewal documents, ensuring timely and accurate processing of renewals
• Manage and maintain accurate invoicing and billing records for clients, addressing any discrepancies that may arise
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery for commercial clients

Requirements
