About the Role: Customer Service and Operations Associate

We're seeking an experienced and passionate Customer Service and Operations Associate to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a seamless and supportive experience with us. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping customers consolidate their retirement accounts, providing guidance and education, and advocating for their needs to inform our product roadmap. You'll work closely with all members of the company, including our product and engineering teams, to drive customer-centric solutions and continuously improve our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and offering personalized support to customers via phone, email, and other channels
  • Help customers navigate the retirement account consolidation process, addressing questions and concerns, and providing educational resources to empower informed decision-making
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share customer feedback, insights, and suggestions, informing product development and service enhancements
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and industry trends, staying up-to-date on regulatory requirements and best practices
  • Work flexible hours as needed to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service strategies, processes, and metrics, driving continuous improvement and excellence

Requirements and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in the financial industry
  • FINRA licenses (e.g., Series 6, 7) or equivalent experience, demonstrating a strong foundation in financial services and regulations
  • A genuine passion for helping people achieve their financial goals, with a customer-centric approach and empathetic communication style
  • Familiarity with customer service best practices, tools, and technologies, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Experience working in a startup or similar organization, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities that come with rapid growth and innovation

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
