**Job Summary**
As a Remote Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service to clients' customers via phone, email, and chat
* Answering questions and resolving issues related to insurance policies, billing, and policy modifications
* Processing calls and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and quality standards
* Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
**Key Responsibilities**
* Receive, review, and process calls regarding customer's insurance policies
* Assist customers with questions regarding policy coverage, billing, and policy modifications
* Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Must be at least 18 years of age
* Must have a valid Arizona driver's license
* Must have a quiet and distraction-free work environment during working and training hours
* Must have a reliable internet connection with high-speed internet (Download: 5 Mbps and Upload: 5 Mbps)
* Must have a headset and computer or tablet for work purposes
* Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
* Must be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Must be able to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
