**Experienced Customer Success Specialist - Inbound, Western United States (REMOTE)**

As a Customer Success Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for lenders, real estate agents, and borrowers in the Western United States. Your goal will be to educate and empower these stakeholders on the benefits of our first-of-its-kind Knock Bridge Loan™, which enables borrowers to use the equity in their current home to purchase their next one. You'll be an expert in navigating our platform and will work closely with internal teams to provide valuable feedback on the partner/borrower journey. **Key Responsibilities:** * Leverage your experience in real estate to provide exceptional customer service to lenders, real estate agents, and borrowers via phone, email, text, and other channels. * Educate stakeholders on the Knock Bridge Loan value proposition, including its benefits and features. * Answer and resolve questions and concerns from lenders, real estate agents, and borrowers, and route them to the appropriate point of contact when necessary. * Troubleshoot technical issues and provide technical assistance, communicating with internal teams and following up with clients. * Monitor and respond to social media posts and maintain a positive customer experience across all channels. * Work autonomously, prioritizing tasks and meeting schedules while continuously learning and growing in your role. * Collaborate with internal teams to provide insightful feedback on the partner/borrower journey and identify opportunities for improvement. * Take on ad-hoc projects and support your team as needed. **Qualifications:** * A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the real estate industry. * Flexibility to work Pacific hours (9 am - 6 pm) and willingness to participate in rotational weekend coverage. * Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with high emotional intelligence and empathy. * Real estate license is preferred but not required if you have extensive experience working with agents. * Recent experience working in a real estate position or speaking with real estate agents in a past professional role, with a strong understanding of the real estate industry. * Recent experience answering Facebook messages for a corporate account and successfully handling high-volume phone, email, text, and other communication channels. * Proven success working independently, autonomously, and reliably, with a positive attitude and a focus on exceeding metrics. * Technical chops, with the ability to quickly learn new technology and tools, such as Google, Zoom, Slack, and more. * Belief in creating diverse, equitable, and inclusive practices and programs that align with arenaflex's commitment to making a positive impact. * Experience working 100% remote in prior positions and a willingness to work with a distributed, national team. * High school diploma or equivalent experience. **Physical Requirements:** * Ability to set up and operate a computer, with excellent communication and technical skills. * Ability to exchange accurate information with others via telephone or internet video applications. **Compensation and Benefits:** * Base salary: $66,000 USD + incentive program (bonus). * Top-tier medical, dental, and vision premiums for full-time employees. * Flexible Paid Time Off for full-time employees. * Paid parental leave for all full-time employees: 12 weeks paid parental leave for the birthing parent, 6 weeks paid parental leave for the non-birthing parent. * $1,000 annually for professional development. * Life, AD&D, and Disability insurance for full-time employees. * 401K (non-contributory by arenaflex) for all employees. * $75 monthly allowance for health and wellness. * Up to $400 monthly for a co-working space for eligible employees. * $100 monthly allowance for home internet, mobile phone, or other communication devices. * $2,500 referral bonus for eligible employees. **Why Join arenaflex?** * We're a remote, distributed company with employees across 17 states and counting, offering a unique opportunity to work with a passionate team that's disrupting the status quo. * We're committed to creating a diverse, inclusive, and equitable environment, with a focus on making a positive impact in the lives of our customers. * We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including top-tier medical, dental, and vision premiums, flexible Paid Time Off, and paid parental leave. * We're committed to professional development, with $1,000 annually for training and education. * We're an equal opportunity employer, with a focus on creating a diverse and inclusive workplace. **How to Apply:** If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for real estate and a desire to make a positive impact, we encourage you to apply.
