**Job Summary**
As a Specialty Pharmacy Technician – Data Entry Transplant, you will play a critical role in helping others on the path to better health. You will be responsible for routing questionable prescriptions to the pharmacist for completion, making outbound calls/faxing physicians for prescription clarification, substitutions, and formulary changes. You will work in a high-production environment where you'll need to multitask between patient referrals while maintaining excellent customer service.
**Responsibilities**
* Route questionable prescriptions to the pharmacist for completion
* Make outbound calls/faxing physicians for prescription clarification, substitutions, and formulary changes
* Work in a high-production environment where you'll need to multitask between patient referrals
* Maintain excellent customer service while interacting with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
* Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure accurate and timely processing of prescriptions
* Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest pharmacy practices and regulations
* Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and arenaflex policies and procedures
**Requirements**
* 1+ years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician
* Pharmacy Tech Certified in the state of GA
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
* Proficiency in computer software and systems, including electronic health records and pharmacy management systems
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Specialty pharmacy experience
* Call center experience
* Prescription adjudication experience in order to communicate with prescribers regarding case status and assess prescription claim issues

**Pay Range**
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: $17.00
Maximum: $27.90
Please note that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
