**Job Summary**
As a Bilingual (Spanish and English) Licensed Property and Casualty Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients through inbound and outbound calls, as well as online communications. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their inquiries, resolve routine problems, and provide information regarding various client products and services. This role requires an active Personal Lines or Property and Casualty resident insurance license, as well as fluency in both Spanish and English.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Actively listen to customers and ask questions to identify their needs
* Advise on plan options, coverages, and pricing
* Process new and/or amended enrollments
* Ensure clients' customers enjoy authentic experiences
* Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile
* Work with both English and Spanish speaking customers
**Requirements**
* 1+ years of customer service experience
* Active Personal Lines or P&C resident license
* Ability to communicate fluently in Spanish and English (test required)
* High school diploma or GED
* Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
* Eagerness to learn new technologies
* Passion for helping others
* Patient and empathetic nature
* Ability to pass a background check
* Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
