From our headquarters to our stores and distribution facilities, we directly support arenaflex's bottom line by building guest loyalty as the store of choice and caring for our team members so they can get back to the work they do best. **Job Responsibilities** As a Home Based Sr. Specialist in Collections, you'll: * Interact with guests and negotiate bill preparations for both inbound and outbound collections * Provide a arenaflex-branded interaction with credit account holders by treating them with respect and appreciation, showing courtesy and friendliness, identifying various account holder segments, and supplying suitable plausible solutions * Demonstrate problem-solving skills by probing or making recommendations for handling exceptional account situations (e.g., bankruptcy, CCC, deceased, legal, fraud, billing disputes, etc.) * Work in a multi-media environment (emails, phone calls, chat messages, and letters) that's fast-paced and requires prioritization * The core responsibilities of this role are defined within this job description. Job responsibilities may change at any time due to business needs. **About You** * High School Diploma or GED * Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays * 1-2 years of prior guest experience or customer service experience * Ability to interact with guests, team members, and internal business partners with a professional, friendly, empathetic style, and de-escalate as needed * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including listening, negotiating, and decision-making skills.
