**Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – Business Intelligence and Data Science**

We are committed to creating a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning, and we are seeking like-minded individuals to join our team. **Key Responsibilities** As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you will be responsible for: * Leading the analysis of complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business growth * Developing and maintaining business intelligence dashboards to provide real-time visibility into key performance indicators * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and implement data-driven solutions * Communicating complex data insights to senior leadership and stakeholders through clear and concise presentations and reports * Managing and maintaining a team of 3-4 data analysts, providing guidance and support as needed * Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analysis and business intelligence **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or a related field * 4+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and data science * 3+ years of experience in a Fortune 500 organization * 1+ year of leadership experience, including experience managing and developing a team * Master-level BI dashboarding experience, including experience with PowerBI, Tibco Spotfire, and other business intelligence tools * High-level SQL skills and experience with data modeling and data warehousing * Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify insights * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to senior leadership and stakeholders **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be highly desirable: * A graduate degree in Data Science, Aerospace Management, or a related field * Certification in data analysis, business intelligence, or data science, such as Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate, Power BI Data Analyst Partner, or AWS Certified Data Analyst * 3+ years of experience in a leadership role * Experience with dataDog, AppD, Kibana, or other data analysis tools * Experience with business intelligence frameworks, such as Palantir Foundry or Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio * Past experience in the airline or travel industry * Experience with AWS Redshift, Quicksight, Athena, or other cloud-based data analysis tools **What We Offer** arenaflex offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including: * A salary of $70,000 per year * Comprehensive health insurance and retirement plan * Opportunities for professional development and growth * A dynamic and collaborative work environment * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools * A culture of innovation and continuous learning **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and experienced data analyst with a passion for driving business growth, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
