We're proud to be a diverse and inclusive organization, with a culture that values creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting the development of innovative data-driven strategies across the consumer lifecycle. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify trends, and develop insights that inform business decisions. Your expertise in data analysis, data visualization, and data storytelling will be essential in communicating complex data insights to stakeholders and driving business outcomes. **Key Responsibilities** * Support the development of data-driven strategies across the consumer lifecycle, including prospecting, acquisition, underwriting, and customer control * Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions * Develop and maintain data visualizations and dashboards to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business outcomes * Review and analyze data quality, insurance, and freshness to ensure data accuracy and integrity * Develop and maintain metrics and analytics to provide robust controls and insights * Collaborate with new data and existing partners to identify new data opportunities and enhance existing data change processes * Support the team with third-party relationships management and adherence to arenaflex's Third Party Lifecycle Management program **Essential Qualifications** * Master's degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science) * 3+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, or a related field * Strong technical skills in data analysis, data visualization, and data storytelling * Proficiency in Python, SQL, Spark, SAS, and experience with large data and cloud environments * Experience in an economic services company in data or process function * Knowledge of credit risk and/or fraud risk standards, practices, or outside credit or fraud risk data reasserts preferred * Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to translate data and analytics into business insights and recommendations **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders * Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage and lead large-scale projects * Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) * Familiarity with agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines * Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) **Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to supporting our colleagues and their loved ones with benefits and programs that promote holistic well-being.
