[Remote] Project Manager(Only W2 and Utility Client exp)

This role involves overseeing the delivery of a modern Electric Service Request Application and ensuring smooth integrations across various systems while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end project delivery across planning, execution, and closeout • Manage vendor-led system implementations and system integrators • Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and change management • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including IT, OT, cybersecurity, and customer operations • Manage integrations with GIS, Work & Asset Management, and Customer Billing systems • Drive testing phases (SIT, UAT), cutover planning, and operational readiness • Communicate project status, risks, and milestones clearly to stakeholders and leadership Skills • 7+ years of Project Management experience • Utility industry experience supporting customer-facing application platforms • Experience with electric service request systems or DER interconnection processes • Proven success managing vendor-led system implementations and complex integrations • Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, or related field (or equivalent experience) • Working knowledge of Microsoft Project or similar project management tools Company Overview • IMS Group is a Global Workforce Solutions company, providing flexible and innovative solutions to businesses.
