Equipment Finance Inventory Analyst
About the position
The Equipment Finance Inventory Analyst is responsible for aging inventory contracts, processing preliminary data for remarketer remittance and check uploads and works closely with our end-of-term team and cash applications team. This person will process returned equipment letters, daily and monthly reporting, Customer Online Tools (COLT) requests, Cash Applications (CAT) payments, incoming messages for Asset Management teams and other projects as assigned to support the Asset Management team’s processes. They will assist in monthly UAT testing for upgrades/regression testing to Equipment Finance systems and reports, and work proactively to identify potential problems, compliance issues and takes actions to maximize client satisfaction. Our New Equipment Finance Inventory Analyst will develop a working knowledge of assigned area and accounts through frequent client contact and execution of standard departmental procedures.

Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Five or more years of relevant experience
• Intermediate level of Excel experience is required
• Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
• Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
