IT Help Desk Support Specialist
We are a growing Managed IT Services Provider (MSP) supporting small and mid-sized businesses. Our clients are on monthly service agreements, and we provide structured, professional IT support with clear response times and escalation processes.
We are building a structured helpdesk layer and looking for a reliable, process-driven intake specialist who can grow into a Tier 1 technician over time.
You will be the first point of contact for inbound support calls during business hours.
Your primary responsibility is to:
• Answer calls professionally
• Gather structured information
• Create clean, detailed tickets
• Categorize urgency properly
• Route or escalate correctly
Over time, this role will expand into guided troubleshooting and Tier 1 support.
This is a long-term role for the right person.
