Full-Time Marketing & PR Assistant (Remote)

This role focuses on media outreach, influencer partnerships, podcast pitching, and review acquisition. You will help expand reach and secure coverage through organized, high-volume outreach and follow-up. This is a remote, work-from-home position with steady hours and long-term potential. Responsibilities • Research and contact influencers for promotional partnerships • Identify and pitch journalists and media outlets • Send press pitches and outreach emails • Find and contact book reviewers, bloggers, and review platforms • Research and build targeted media and influencer contact lists • Identify relevant podcasts and pitch author interviews • Coordinate and schedule podcast and media appearances • Track outreach efforts and responses in spreadsheets or CRM tools • Send structured follow-ups to increase placement success Qualifications • Strong written English and professional email communication • Experience in marketing, PR, outreach, or lead research preferred • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Comfortable with online research and list building • Proficient with spreadsheets and tracking systems • Able to manage deadlines and work independently • Reliable internet and remote work setup required Nice to Have • PR or media outreach experience • Influencer marketing experience • Podcast booking experience • Book publishing or author marketing familiarity Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
