Role Context
You willjoinIntegrity360sMIS team and willbe reporting to theBusiness Systems Team Lead.
The role willbe responsiblefor:
• Day-to-day case management and system break fix
• Supportingsystem usersin adoption and maximizing benefits ofthe system
• Development works for multiple ongoing upgrade projects(Scrum)
• Systems migrations and integrations (due to company acquisitions (M&A))
• Management and maintenance of the Integrity360s core tools:
• SalesforceCRM
• Salesforce CPQ
• Account Engagement (Pardot)
• Certinia(Financial Force)Professional Service Management(PSA)
• Certinia(Financial Force)Accounting(FFA)
• Wrike(Project Management)
• The role will be the subject matter expert for reporting on allcoretools
What you willbe responsible for
• Case Management
• Quickly resolve users system issues
• Answer users system queries
• Document case resolution details for future case diagnosis
• Perform technical investigations around recurring issues
• User Management
• Setup ofnew users/ deactivation of leavers
• Profile and system permissions config
• Data sharing and role management
• System Upgrades / Implementations
• Support the project lifecycle for ongoing projects including:
• Requirements elicitation and validation
• Solution design and build
• Implementation,testingand deployment of configuration updates
• Project communications and stakeholder management
• Management Support
• Interacting with stakeholders and departmental management to regularly assessprocess efficienciesand deliverables,and toidentifyand implement improvementsidentified
