Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the accuracy of employee data through the management of employee forms and processes, utilizing your attention to detail and analytical skills to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Collaborate with our local and global talent teams to develop and implement solutions to employee issues, leveraging your excellent stakeholder management skills to build strong relationships and drive results.
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs that impact all employees, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our workforce.
- Research and recommend new tools and technologies that can simplify, optimize, and automate work across our Talent organization, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Create, write, and maintain our HR knowledge base for employees, ensuring that information is accurate, accessible, and user-friendly.
- Assist with the analysis, intake, and operationalization of new employee services, from pre-hire to offboarding, utilizing your project management skills to ensure timely and effective delivery.
- Perform system and testing audits as requested, analyzing and documenting results and discrepancies to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and functionality.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Demonstrated expertise with the Workday HCM tool, including Mass Uploads (EIB) and data analysis.
- Proven project management, communication, and customer service skills, with the ability to work independently and proactively.
- Strong analytical skills, including intermediate to advanced proficiency in sheets/excel, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems.
- A strong interest in HR and a passion for delivering results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- A degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field is preferred, although not required.
- Experience in Workday Data Analyst, HR area, or as a HR Generalist is a plus, as is experience with Zendesk ticketing system.
