Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Part-Time Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including inbound and outbound calls, emails, chats, and social media. Key Responsibilities

  • Answering phones, chats, social media, or emails in a polite, courteous, and professional manner to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Building and maintaining strong business relationships with internal and external customers to ensure long-term growth and satisfaction.
  • Asking probing questions to identify customer issues or concerns and resolving them efficiently.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date account information to ensure seamless customer interactions.

  • Sending statements and invoices to customers, performing soft collections, and handling cash transactions via phone.
  • Supporting the set-up of new customer accounts and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
  • Meeting or exceeding minimum performance standards outlined in company policy to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Exceptional customer service and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills, with experience in typing and data entry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on team building and developing a positive rapport with colleagues and customers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Access.
  • Authorization to work in the United States, with no requirement for sponsorship for an employment visa.
