About the Role

As a valued member of the Borrower Success Team at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in directly supporting student loan borrowers, guiding them through the utilization of arenaflex's tools and assisting them in enrolling in federal forgiveness and repayment programs. Through comprehensive training and hands-on experience, you will rapidly become an expert in the student loan landscape, serving as the primary point of contact for users and providing exceptional support. This full-time remote contractor position offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team for up to 5 months, with the potential for extension or permanent placement in NYC, contingent upon performance and company needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of arenaflex's product offerings and their impact on addressing borrowers' needs, ensuring you can effectively communicate the value proposition to users.
• Engage with borrowers through multiple channels, including email and live chat, providing timely and empathetic support to resolve queries and concerns.
• Review and submit applications for federal loan programs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the process.
