Job Overview

We are excited to announce an opportunity to join our team as a Customer Service Representative - Sales (Hybrid) in the Mesa, AZ area. This hybrid-remote position offers a unique blend of in-center and remote work, allowing you to work from our state-of-the-art call center 3-4 days a week and from the comfort of your own home 1-2 days a week. As a member of our team, you will be the voice of arenaflex, creating meaningful connections with each customer and introducing them to the latest technology, services, and offers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer interactions (calls, chats, emails) in a fast-paced environment, providing solutions to prospective and existing customers to enhance their service experience, drive satisfaction, and foster loyalty.
  • Accurately resolve issues related to service, billing, payments, and collections, explaining bills and product features clearly and troubleshooting basic problems.
  • Build customer confidence and loyalty by resolving issues and supporting various customer inquiries, including technical issues.
  • Work a flexible 40-hour per week schedule, which may include nights and weekends, with paid training to ensure your success.
