You will take part in meaningful work and real-life projects within the Consumer Central Operations Organization that will help you grow both professionally and personally throughout the program. You will have the opportunity to work side by side with strategic and operational leaders to champion, develop, manage and drive key relationships that are critical to the success of our business and impact our customers. As an intern with the Consumer Central Operations teams, some of the skills and areas you may have an opportunity to work on include: Support the Central Sales Operations leadership team in driving growth, retention, and Operational Excellence while championing approaches for revenue generation. Act as a strategic partner, helping to amplify best practices and shift frontline behaviors across the digital and physical ecosystem. Conduct in-depth qualitative and quantitative analyses on sales channels and sales trends to provide recommendations that drive profitable growth. Partner with cross-functional teams (Field Operations, Finance, Marketing) to consolidate and prioritize roadmaps that improve the customer journey. Identify and scale best practices across sales channels to shift frontline behaviors and improve overall performance. Leverage critical thinking to turn complex datasets into actionable insights (data storytelling), assisting in the preparation of materials for senior leadership and frontline consumption. Manage end-to-end projects with a sense of urgency, ensuring alignment on goals and delivering measurable business impact. You’ll join us for the Intern Marquee event, a unique experience designed exclusively for all US interns. It's your chance to sharpen your professional development skills, build your connections through structured networking, and be inspired by our top executive speakers. You must be currently enrolled in a degree program and be in good academic standing to be considered. In this hybrid internship, you’ll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager. This hybrid internship will be based out of Basking Ridge, NJ. If relocation is required, relocation assistance may be available. Requirements • Ability to participate in our hybrid 10-week internship that takes place from June 2026 to August 2026 working a full-time schedule. • Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program majoring in Operations Management, Strategy, Consulting, Finance, Marketing, or a related major, with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028. • Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship. • Willingness to work in Basking Ridge, NJ. • As noted, relocation may be provided in certain situations. If relocation is required, you must be able to provide your own housing and reliable transportation to the office location. • Willing and able to travel. • Willing and able to relocate. Nice-to-haves • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to switch quickly between tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment where new challenges arise daily. • Project experience and/or coursework in operations, marketing, strategy, data analytics, finance, consulting, or a related field. • Expertise in Google product suite and Microsoft Excel, with an emphasis on using digital tools to drive data-led decision-making and operational clarity. • Familiarity with digital tools such as SQL, Tableau, or JIRA, and knowledge of emerging technologies like AI and 5G. • Adaptability, flexibility, excellent communication, leadership and presentation skills - with the ability to contextualize data and "tell the story" to diverse audiences.
